Po Lin walked us through his career path and clearly and offered a concise and eye-opening definition of the true value a music editor brings to a Hollywood production—as a bridge between directors, editors, and composers.
he shared real-world music editing workflows and demonstrated how editorial decisions can significantly elevate storytelling. He also spoke candidly about working with composers: the soft skills he values most, common red flags, and the professional details that make a composer someone he would confidently recommend.
